It is also important to avoid habits that counter progress such as excessive phone use, slouched sitting and poor sleeping positions.
The truth is clear exercise cannot change your genetic height but it can help you stand straighter, move better and look taller. With smart training and daily awareness you can reclaim lost height appearance and carry yourself with more confidence every day.
